Neil Hall

Neil Hall, the founder of MMA Officials, has experienced MMA from many angles, beginning in 2000 coaching and managing MMA fighters. He also promoted his own MMA event in 2003; has refereed and judged thousands of MMA bouts; run MMA gyms; and competed in MMA himself over this time. Neil has trained, coached, and competed in many martial arts and combat sports himself, both in striking and grappling styles over the last 30 years, gaining a deep and varied understanding of the fight industry. Neil hall has refereed on shows including Cage Warriors and the UFC.

Aaron Chatfield

Aaron Chatfield is a longstanding member of the UK MMA scene, who has had many roles and responsibilities since he first got involved with MMA in 1999. Starting out as a fighter (with an unremarkable 1-2-0 record), he moved on to a coaching role in one of the UK’s longest established MMA teams, Team Colosseum, in Greater Manchester. Coaching a number of fighters, including the now-retired international welterweight, Matt “12 Gauge” Thorpe and more recently red-hot prospect Saul “The Hangman” Rogers, who has now moved on to SBGi Alongside the coaching, Aaron has been seen involved in almost all areas of the sport, from co-promoting one of the UK’s top domestic promotions, Cage Warriors, though to bringing the international King of the Cage brand to the UK shores in 2005. In addition he has been seen cage-side judging and commentating, as well as on the microphone, centre-stage, announcing on a number of leading UK promotions. In 2012 he was asked to judge at UFC® 147 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and has been Octagon-side at five UFC events.
